As the topic says, i need some new break pads for the front of my car.

I have read what other people use, but i am having some trouble finding pads that look the same as the soarer ones.

What i would really really like is it some people can tell me what they use with model numbers so i can call up some places to get prises.

Thank you very much for your information, i need some info before wednesday.

Hi Pierre,

For everyday driving you can't go past the OEM Toyota pads. Obviously you've seen the reason's why then from your searching.

Just call up the parts division and see what price they can do for you.

i did call up on saturday, there like "sorry we cant help you with imports"

Really? Sorry to hear that. I go down to my local Toyota's parts division and the 2 guys I deal with down there can't stop talking about soarers & supras! And they courier all my parts to me at no extra cost

I use Castle Hill Toyota, and I'm in Queensland. I got sick of the crap from the local Toyota dealers. I had them tell me that their import parts catalogue would not work on a Saturday.

I've ordered stuff three times through the Castle Hill website. The guys know imports well as they deal with them all the time, usually carry stock and they deliver to my work through couriers (TNT I think).

Pierre, call Castle Hill Toyota. They won't give you any of that "sorry we don't deal with imports" bullshit. They also deliver very quickly once payment has been confirmed. I received my front bar within 2 days of payment.

Ask for James Sloane, as he always gives very competitive pricing on parts.
