since finding parts for a lexus ls400 or toyota celsior is a PITA, im wondering if the celsior and UZ series soarers shared the same brakes. like would the rotors for a soarer fit the celsior.
im after some slotted rotors for the celsior and some TRW Lucas brake pads, but am having real trouble finding any.
thanks.

Yes the rotors fit. Check the dba 2008 catalogue as it lists the model, size, thickness, hat height, part number etc.
Makes it easier going to a store and asking for dba 745 rotors.

I have used the 2 piston fronts on a v8 before, they fit, but don't share the locating pin. If you are going braided lines then you don't use it anyway. The 2 pistons are the same as the TT Soarer.

thats great thanks pete, but there is nothing for UCF11 in that link.

so can i go into supercheap auto and pick up some slotted rotors and pads for a TT soarer and i will be fine?

Part number 4748 fits 93-94 model LS400 , sc300, jzz30

So if your ucf11 is 93-94 then yes, if its a 90-92 model the the hub hole is 2mm smaller for the rotor.
