Hi guys, I am new soarer owner in Gold Coast.

But sadly, my 92 TT soarer seems to have some problems.

Pretty much everytime i brake, it makes this same sound as when you turn your ignition on. Noise is coming from enginebay not from the brakes. Is this normal?

Anyone had similar exprience? let me know!

I think you're referring to the traction control system, sort of like a humming noise?

Then yes it is normal

It's the electric motor for the accumulator that provides power assistance for the brakes. It is only on cars with TRC. But it shouldn't be too loud.
