I finally got a chance to jack up the front of the car and have a look at my front end noise.

I turns out that the noise is due to a warped drivers side brake disc, not a wheel bearing as first suspected.

Any ideas as to why the rotor has buckled?

The rotor looked new when I got the car (still had the factory machine marks on them).

Anyone got a part number for replacement rotors?

thanks.

Anish, Incorrect torque on the wheel nuts can cause warping of the disc , usually shows up after 7,000-8,000 Kms. Use a torque wrench ( 75 ftlbs) to torque the nuts. Try RDA for rotors , about $145.00 each & you can buy them with slots if you want.
