Hey guys hope someone can shead light on my problem.......
I own a 93 gt soarer with one of those high preasure brake canister setups... if you know what i mean...
every now and then i will hear the canister charge up like usual and then i will apply the brakes and a little "VVTT" noise comes out from near the brake pedel. Its like the canister charges to much and when i put the bakes on it releases a little but of preasure.... I dont know but that is what it is like.

Justin, it sounds like you have the old squark in the nitrogen pressure vessel problem. There is a growing number of threads under ABS/TRC and the like, it would seem that as the latter models with the electronic brake 'booster' age the nitrogen reduces in the pressure vessel (rubber sheathed with the yellow warning label), which sets the pressure pump into operation causing the squark and the pressure vessel to vibrate on its mountings. I am currently searching for anyone that can perform a nitrogen refill to the pressure vessel. Peter Scott, who nitrogen filled your shocks on the 32, and do you know if they have the means to perform the same on the ABS/TRC pressure vessel? I have also read that Toyota sell the vessel for some $400+, I gather as an SC430/LC400 replacement part. Has anyone purchased and successfully fitted?

I asked Peter about re-charging the accumulator as I thought there was a mention somewhere but he had no idea. Also I've been informed that if the accumulator is low in nitrogen pressure then there is a specific fault code that says something along the lines of 'over use' relating to the pump running continuously. So I'd try a s/hand accumulator first if possible but a new one should be less than $300.
