it may have to be engineered, but i can't see any reason why you can't delete ABS if the same car also comes from factory without it. People remove the ABS unit and then have hoses made to join those pipes together(in the correct manner ,obviously). Or Do as Daniel says... If you do it like Daniel says, no one will ever know the car was a factory ABS car, so you could get way with not certifying it.But make sure you get it working very well, for your own safety and for others too!

You will need a non ABS master cylinder and the non ABS brake lines, from master to wheel.
Remove the ABS master and ABS unit and all the brake lines, then fit the non ABS master and the brake lines. Bleed brakes properly, competently and carefully as per the soarer service manual. (fine print so you don't sue me if you cock it up)
You may as well remove the abs ecu's to save some more weight and stop the error messages.
Retain the wheel speed sensors as they will be useful for datalogging or aftermarket TRC.
