Hi,

I followed the advice given in the brake fluid flush tutorial and all went fine except when i did the front passenger side wheel. I loosened it and when pumping the brake no fluid came out. I got my wife to press the brake while i loosened the bleed nut further and later realised some fluid was leaking from where the thread of the bleeder inserts into the caliper. I tightened the bolt back up again and the brakes feel a bit spongier than before, maybe some air got in i'm not sure. I went for a test drive and it was a bit wet but the abs still kicked in and i came to a stop pretty quick. The brake peddle touches the bottom though.

Since the car can still brake alright just with a bit more travel should i leave it? What can i do about this? Also i guess bleeding the last front passenger side wheel should i just leave it as it is now or is there something i can do?

Thanks in advance

remove the bleed nozzle. look at the base below the thread and you will see a small hole in the side. clear the hole with a needle /wire, check it by blowing thru from the front side. (wipe it clean 1st)

if i remove the bleed nozzle will that allow more air to go into the brake system though?

No. but after you replace it, you need to bleed that brake as per normal
