Hello All,

My rebuilt brake master cylinder (non TRC) on my 91 UZZ31 has failed for the second time in a few years... does anyone know the part number for the brake master cylinder rebuild kit from PBR or similar (besides going OEM)?

Thanks,
Tim.

if your keen to get it rebuilt again you should look into a place that will bore out your master as sleeve it with a stainless steel tube and that should solve the problem of them clapping out on you so soon.

Sounds strange to have failed again, what exactly is happening & did you flush out the whole Braking system last time

It's been rebuilt at a brakes specialist and they changed the fluid. Was going to take the MC to a friend that has all the gear, just not the rebuild kit.
The issue with the brakes was that it was getting spongy so I did another flush to find the pedal on the floor. Brakes have been bled last week and when I go for a drive it will not stay stationary unless I pump the pedal multiple times... So I think it's time to rebuild it again.

It could be the master cylinder faulty or no offence but you might have done a really bad bleeding job ?? what technique did you use for bleeding the brakes
