I just wanted to ask out there if anyone has dismantled a abs/trc unit . Reason is that I am after the seal that joins the abs part. Mine is leaking and want an old one to fake to a hydraulics place to get a new one made.

I re-charged my accumulator early this year. I found a post on an Oz site giving o-ring part numbers along with an SA supplier. Also a supplier of the high pressure Schraeder valve required also in SA. My PC crashed since then and I lost my email records, so I can't send you straight there. Keep searching for accumulator rebuild/recharge threads/tutorials on Planet Soarer and Soarer Central and you should find something. Cost me around $8 in o-rings and the same for the valve.

The 'three lips' description has me scratching my head. I have a '93 v8 GTL-Limited. Re-badged as a Lexus SC400. In Japan they were labelled UZZ31. The 6 cylinder jobs had a different type of ABS/TRC. The V8 has a canister about 120mm high and 80mm diameter in the corner. These are known for leaking nitrogen gas. If this is the problem, there is a pump which will be continually going when the ignition is turned on. Are you leaking brake fluid or just not getting pressure?

I have the 96 limited v8 with the nitrogen accumulator, I replaced the master cylinder seals but still leaked out. There is another seal that separates the gas and fluid

Just clarifying, have you fully disassembled the accumulator itself? Machined rolled edge, unscrew two major components, replace large o-rings on piston between gas and brake fluid, and fit high pressure Schrader valve to re-charge with 1000psi of nitrogen? The master cylinder is further over with the reservoir and the three bleed nipples I'm good at stating the bleeding obvious, but we need to be very specific. I do remember 3 nylon rings separating the o-rings, now that I think of it. They looked like the compression rings on a standard engine piston. The only note made about these in the tutorial was to line up with the gap 180* opposed. It looked to me that their main purpose was to distribute the pressure evenly on the o-rings and maybe a minor scrape clean on the cylinder surface. I didn't replace mine as the tutorial didn't suggest it, and they didn't seem subject to wear. Seems unlikely to be the problem unless you damaged them during re-assembly. An hydraulic fitter is highly unlikely to have these parts. A fitter and turner may be able to machine some up, but finding nylon or teflon stock of that diameter will be way expensive. My suggestion is to find another one from a wrecker and recondition that. You may be able to talk them down on price as they are useless to sell as is.
