Mmmmm, new TT brakes.

Quick question(s), how much fluid will I need to flush the whole system?
And does anybody know the minimum thickness of the rear TT rotors?

Also, I would like to keep them the natural polished look of the calipers...should I be applying some kind of clear lacquer to stop corrosion, or will they be fine the way they are? If so, I might as well just paint them silver.

Cheers

1 litre will completely flush the system.

If the callipers don't have any coating on them they will go rusty fairly quickly.

If the rotors are a problem (I think minimum thickness is stamped on them somewhere), you can get new Protex rotors quite cheaply.

Fronts have quite a bit of meat on them, but rears seem a bit thin.
I'll have a look this arvo.

Rears are thinner anyway. Check Toyota pricing before buying aftermarket. Supra rotors are half the price from Toyota.
The rotors will rust if not painted (hub area). Not sure about calipers.

Rear calipers are half the thickness of fronts (32mm/16mm). Minima are 30mm front and 15mm rear. This information is from DBA.
