Serious brake upgrade for the soarer perhaps??
Would they fit? And within what size rims??

think if you get it installed at a brakes place it would be ok and engineered?

They will need to be engineered by an RTA authorised engineer no matter who installs them. Best to talk to the engineer before tackling the job, so you know you aren't wasting your time. Some brake upgrades can't be made legal on the streets.
