Does anyone know how to get into the power mirror motor's?, do you pop that rectangular piece underneath or?
I just want to give them some new lubrication, but not sure how to get into them.

I'm interested as well as mine was adjusted by hand once and has never worked since. Are they accessible by just removing the glass mirror section?
