Hey guys so ive been up all night taking my door trims off so i can change the passenger interior handle. All the wood grain and air con vents are out and so is the centre console surround etc. Anyway not sure why but in its partly stripped condition now the indicators dont work and the windows wont go up. Obviously ive plugged drivers window control unit back in to try. Why could this be happening? I doubt it has anything to do with me disconnecting the battery and having my alarm making a dying noise haha. Guys i need a solution as i need to pop down to bunnings and cant leave my car with the windows totally down in the rain, indicators dont worry my for my short trip as im just going around the corner. Thanks and could this have anything to do with the plugs been disconnected for the emergency lights etc?

Did you put the loom and switch back in the center console?

Power for the indicators flows through the hazard switch so it is required for them to function.

With the windows did you put the key in and turn the car on?

Yeah sorted out the windows so that was all sweet, straight after i posted aswell haha. Yeah had a feeling the indicators go through the hazard switch. All good thanks

Why did you need to take the center console etc off to replace the passenger door handle?
