Hey guys got some new pollen filters the other day as the guy who i bought the car off ages ago flogged them haha. Anyway i can figure out how they are meant to go even with looking at the tutorial on this site? From what i gather you need two filter which have to blocks on them, thus making 4 blocks in total. I cant see how they both will fit and it seems there maybe a filter in the slot after all but thats speculation as i shove my hand in as far as it will go and can reach anything.

Yeah went through the whole slot left to right and as high as i can reach. Also not sure if it matters or not but unlike the tutorial which shows only two wingnuts mine has four.

Sorry, but let's be clear about this. Does left to right mean from back to front of car orientation? If it means side to side of car orientation then you are looking in the wrong place. It's OK to mention bishops and actresses now.

King me...
Yeah back and forward and still nothing. I had a poke around with a flexible metal rod and from the depth that it was able to go in there is no way both will fit. Problem is i cant reach whatever is in there.
Also one filter starts with the letter M and the other with an E from memory, too lazy to go outside and check haha. Which one goes in first? Woud be so much easier if there was something there to pull out and see how it is normally, rather than the empty slot that was in my car :-(

Something is wrong here. If there is a second filter there, it is easy to grab by its plastic tab. It is visible. If there is not, then the new filter should slide right in. They are not folded.
Also, either they are interchangeable or I have always been lucky.
I doubt there is much more I can tell you. Do you have photos, comparable with those in the tutorial?
Ok most importantly the last pic of the first post isnt gonna happen, physically the filters will never fit like that. Other differences to that thread is 4 wing nuts.
Are they suppose to be put in one at a time and then pushed to the side? I can feel some sort of spring mechanism on the side.

Thanks for the offer Peter but your instructions were good enough to get the job done right away. Only even 30 seconds after reading what you wrote and they were in. Made a lot more sense saying you push the first on in towards the front of the car to make the extra room for the second one. Thanks for the help everyone :-)
