Hi guys,

After a quick run i opened the hood and noticed some kind of fizzing/electrical buzz sounding noise coming from this thing right up the back of the engine bay which i've never heard before.

Can someone please tell me what it is?
I'm having a mental blank and can't find info online...

It it supposed to fizzle n all that after car has been turned off when warm?

If not, do you have any idea what am I looking at price-wise for a replacement or service of the thing or so on?
