You should have one but only because they are nifty . They were an option, along with front and rear spoilers and traction control on 1991 V8 GT-L cars

Apart from the basic running gear, just about everything else was an option.

I beleive having a steering wheel was an option as well, the stock alternative was to use ESP.

Well there goes that theory, I was pretty sure my car was as base model as you could get but it's got a rear wiper.

Some one told me that they we standard on all cars that came out of the factory with a spoiler as the spoiler has a high mount stop light and if you have the wiper option you don't.

The wiper came with the spoiler, correct, and as Peter says there were heaps of options. Our '95 is pov pack but has the wiper/spoiler, as well as the "premium" sound system with the sub-woofer and amp.

Callum, that wasn't the half of it. You forgot the GT Limited Special, fondly known as the Flintstones car. Ticking this option resulted in removal of engine which provided a great weight advantage over traditionally heavy, luxury loaded Soarers. The floor was cut out allowing space for your feet to yabba dabba doo and scoot away. It got to 100km/h quicker than the V8.

It got to 100km/h quicker than the V8................did , whilst it was hanging on the stand, after being removed from the car. |

It's a feature on UZZ31's. Should start again as you drive off.

By the way, did you know that the UZZ30 steering wheel also has a memory function?

I just set the cruise control and lay back the seat. Now where's that thread about how to remove all the grinding marks from the side of my car...
