Well after 6 months of being in the sin bin of (not) driving (thanks judge) I shall be back on the roads of Adelaide.

Speaking of the roads of Adelaide, I just went for a little blat through the Adelaide hills.
Lovely sunny day, newish tyres and suspension bushes as smooth as silk, V8 exhaust reverberating through the hills, windows open, 2nd gear locked with ECT, how much better does it get?

Driving down to wollongong and back through the Nationl Park in a TT 5speed with another TT 5 speed (Duy) + a couple of my mates. Thats Gold. ;)
The Bends through there are heaps of fun.
BTW. Car looks great, Are you gonna get new rims? (deep dish?) |

Add a turbo into the equation and it's perfect. Neck snapping acceleration combined with an ear piercing whistle. You just can't get that from a IUZ-FE, charged or not. |

You can get a very sexy sounding noise coming from the exhaust though, Maurice.
I dont care how much better my TT is than the next v8, i am still jealous of their incredible sound when equipped with an appropriate exhaust.

And that, is the biggest joy for me too
The exhaust note is also something I can enjoy at any time with any driving conditions.
Granted a hot TT has awesome acceleration when wound up, but the occasions to use that around town can be slightly limited. As to snapping, my V8 punches with a blip on the throttle, no lag - nice

Woof woof.
Don't get me wrong, I had a chat with my best mate yesterday about the great sound the Lexus V8 pumps out and how much better / tougher I think it sounds than Aussie V8's! , it's just when it comes to Soarers, I'm biased. |

It sounds a bit polish, but would mean something else with the pali bit... it sounds like in broken polish for "it ain't small but it guzzles fuel" or something to that effect, oh well, I guess both statements would be true  |

hahaha ¨Pali¨in Serbian can be used in reference to fornication,  , the fuel guzzler bit is good too, I know the V8 chews hard on the fuel but for what the car has returned me so far i dont care. Knowing that i can turn the key and take of on a 2000km trip without worrying makes me happy in the pants |
