I have trying for some time to post some pics on this site...but no luck. I think I have discovered the problem, the pics files are too too big...huge. OK so how do I make them smaller while they are in Jpeg format?...and you computer jockies out there....be nice!

The easiest way with Windows XP is to use the built-in paint program.
Right click on the picture or icon you want to change then go to Open With/Paint.
Once the pic is opened with the paint program, go into Image/Stretch and Skew. Change the horizontal and vertical figures in the stretch panel. (keep these figures the same)
Hope this helps

Or download Irfanview (freebie) and use Image Resize/Resample. Does a very good job and also preserves the aspect ratio so the pic doesn't get squashed etc.

Download Irfanview

Go to microsoft and do a search for "powertoys".
Then download the tiny program called image resizer. It's simple and quick to use.

On Windows 2000:
1) Right-hand click on the picture
2) Select Open With -> Microsoft paint
3) From Paint select Image and then Select Stretch/Skew. You can also press CTRL+W
4) Select Stretch/Skew
5) Change 100% to any other percentage both horizontal and vertical
6) Say OK and click File then Save As

There's a shortcut to changing the fonts in I.E. Only works with mice who have the scroll function.
Hold down the left SHIFT button, then scroll down to enlarge the text. Scroll up if you want to change the text size smaller.

Vinh, if I do what yoy suggest I get the forward/back function...which is cool by the way as I had no idea of that short cut, but it's definately the Ctrl Ket that changes the size thingy!

Oh my, Jeff's right. Left CTRL button :p
The two buttons are so close together, it must've confused me off.
