You need approximately 7cm clearance from the brake disc surface to the inner of the wheel, or spoke of the wheel, (or any other bit of the wheel for that matter) in order to fit Supra brakes. In this case the wheel offset does not have a lot to do with it. It is more a case of the wheel design and how the spokes curve, or don't. Deep dish + supra brakes don't normally mix.
Have a look at the wheels on my profile pic. I don't think the brakes were on the car then but they are now. Those wheels have the best clearance for Supra brakes of any I have ever seen, including factory Supra wheels. Beware that even factory Supra wheels won't fit a car with big Supra brakes if they weren't off a car with them.
Remember to keep in mind the disk offset as well. Did the wheels come of a 95+ Supra or before? Because if it's from the model before it would've had the same brakes as the TT/Active models.
