i love it, whats the cheapest you can get shipping to aus.... stick it in a shipping container... damn thats an awesome car easy to rego just buy a $1000 soarer wreck and swap the tags ;) if it was factory done, i'd say the job was done properly and you could engineer it... hell i read on an aussie forum that some fool paid that much for a LHD yes lhd Magna convertible that you can register here and was mechanically stock

Peeps, check out the discussion on this car at SoarerWorld. Since Piers owned it (when it was pristine, or nearly so) it has been FUBAR'D. The camera may not lie (and it does look the duck's guts) but the camera isn't too hot on engine condition and the hood mechanism, which currently is also FUBAR'D

no legal way to get it in the country and on the road. Only way you could get it done even close would be to import it and transfer everything to an existing car. Or, as said, swap the tags, but not quite legal

Returning it to stock condition for compliance would be a bit of a hassle for a start! Getting it engineered would be nearly impossible too. You would be better off working with a local engineer on your own Soarer and cut off the roof. |

There aren't many cars that you can chop the roof off of and be left with a good looking car. I love the s5 rx7 but chop the roof off and . The PT Cruiser, toyota celica even the Chevrolet Camaro Convertible albeit a prototype is an ugly car. I think these (well the white one) look great and is a testament to how good our cars look.

I showed my missus the pic of the white Soarer and she said " oo thats nice, i like that!" So yes it guess it appeals to chicks more than guys. A convertible AM DBS is a AM V8 Vanquish or the V12 Volante version. Theres no such thing as a DBS convertible (however they do share the same build look). Also, any AM is good enough for me

And what do you mean chicks car, how many chicks cars have a 5L supercharged V8. Alright im trying to make myself feel better as im seriously considering buying it and using it every now and again on permits. Hmmm should i burn more money on more cars or save it? One of a kind Soarer has really got my head ticking.

Nah im only thinking about it seriously as how often do you own something 1 of a kind, something really unique. Im not one for convertibles of any kind but some of the S13 convertibles been drifted around Japland seriously look hot.

Ben it says Auto Couture as in the bodykit brand. David GET IT!!! It is IMO the best soarer period, and yes the rarest one, forget a uz32 only 800 or so made V8. I mean c'mon who can say a supercharged and stroked 1uz is gay. I would take that car any day over my vvti turbo GT-L. David, If you got it and people saw it they would shut up! Also if you do get it, I'd be really interested in buying it off you in the next few years. I dont care if I couldnt drive it, I'd keep it in the garage for me! Haters, go buy a MX5 for similar money and see which one goes better and gets more attention then we'll see whos gay. YES...I love this car (just dont have that cash on hand atm )

I think it looks fantastic... BUT I think that I'm now too old to drive a convertable. They are for the young. As for the "chicks" car - a lot of ragtops are chick cars - and a lot are not.

I think it looks great and wish I could buy it but i am sure the Engineering side of things would be too much trouble. I also like the bonnet. The scoop is not too big. Don't like the look when the rag top goes up though so you will have to keep it down all the time. Hope you get it David just so we can all se more of it.

Ive Officially pulled out, still havent heard from him but its way too dodgey for my liking. The guy is a Soarer enthusiast yet he doesnt put pics up of such a rare car to show it off for the sale? Also all the guys positive feedback comes from selling trivial fish tank seaweed and stuff from just 2 users. I hope anyone else that has bid actually pulls out before they get burnt. Also another thing from the above pics that i dont like and didnt think about, the door piece left above the glass looks hideous. No convertible has doors like that, makes it look more like it was converted to a convertible rather than originally been a convertible
