I did the right thing, went and picked up a mate from a party who'd pass out, threw him in the back of my car (knowing well he'd just thrown up) and 1/2 way to his place when some MORON (See above)in a Commodore pulls up behind me, I assume he sees a Jap car and then decided to prove how crap his car isn't by doing a standstill behind me. He did one about 20m back, and once he stopped he jumped forward once he re-gained grip... then he pulls up RIGHT on my ass and starts spinning them again, I sh*t myself thinking he's gonna give up, grip and run in the back of me... So I was forced to run a red light to avoid him...

Nar, it was coming outta my street, no camera there, that's why I did it.
Then the moron decides to run the lights and case me, I'd seen about 10,000 cops that night so i wasn't willing to plant my foot and dissapear... About 50m down the road he comes up beside me and I was shocked to see it was just the driver in the car, he was most definately drunk and was swerving toward me, so I drive fullspeed at the intersection... and at the last minute I lock up the ABS and turn... the bogan's slow reflexes were no match for my superior wit.

Don't forget, this time of year lots of people are visiting friends and relatives in parts of the city and country that they may not be familiar with; So, be sure and cut a little slack to drivers who have no idea of where they are going or how to get there.
A little patience and some common courtesy go along way to everyone having a safe and happy festive season.

yep there is deffinatly twits on the f**** road absolute twits justs finished school just got there licence and some just droped out, swirving tail gaiting idiots to put it as simple as i can... driving to sorento a twit decides this car sounds cool i just tail gate him and speed up and down the whole way from mornington to sakety beach in his bullshit holden 74 tray ute untill i came to a complete stop at the dromana intersection and he was more than 3 car lenghts away when i hear screeeeech and bang low and behold the fu*k runs into me, ok now jump out and rip the guys throut out (damn p plater fu*k, I was 1 too but not a twit like this one)instead i run over to him and yell dont you have any ••••••• brakes ahhhhhh dahhhhh nahh i only got this car and i have to use my hand brake til i get some money ahhh here we go i thought, he goes to turn to nick off, soo i thought ok what now if he nicks off i am screwed so i decided go over to his car and tell him of the consciquences, that deffinatly changed his mind to nickin off, and he kindly gave me his licence, ahhh connections i thought; got his details i asked the magical question DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE? typical response for a •••• kicker like him Nahhh what would i need that for??? my response was cuz ya gonna be paying for this for the rest of your life you twit, ahh its all good mate he responds; me 1 i am not your fu*king mate and 2 this car will be getting resprayed in the candy apple red that it is because of your brainiac decision making; his response where is the apple on your car??? i thought no way am i answering that question i sat in my car and waited for the cops to rock up eventually, untill i look in my rear mirror where his •••• box was parked to find 4 other •••• box's on the nature strip mean while i still have his licence, one hero comes over and knocks on my window and yells give me his licence or i will make more damage to your car i thought hmmmm so he needs his bogan mates to help him out of time to teach this little twit a leasson, called my mates down 10mins latter as they are leaning on my car, one yells look at all these RICE burners coming bloody drug dealers i thought yep that would be my crew coming 2mins later they are all running to there •••• box's and scram the idiot is left alone, and still no cops rockin up i thought oh well i will keep his licence and take him to the cop shop to make a confesion he agreed willingly. so no matter how carefull you are you cant stop these bogan holden twits.

Generally in a case like this , you make the claim , you're car is fixed and you're insurance company chases him for the money. A "not at fault" claim should not affect you're premiums, but you never know.

Khalid, I know you are rightly pee'd off, but use of capitals and paragraph breaks would make that a lot easier to read and help to set you apart from the bogan class like the guy that hit you.

yeah sorry guys i just typed exactly what happened hehehe yeah i have put in a claim Just cars is getting back to me they are sending a assesor out and a so called paint specialist and then they will work out if they are fixin the car or makin a cash settlement, but my word they do know how to stretch it out so they dont have to make any payment.
