Thanks Peter. They are great, Personally I didn't expect to find a decent UZZ30... Most of them have gone bad, especially in NZ. As soon as I saw this on the auction I just knew it was a good one, especially for the price. Shall come up great in the next few weeks with my usual care and attention.

| Probably. Is there a problem with that? It's all fun. I'd be bored with the same car for years on end. They all have their own personalities, even if they are the same models. Not one of my soarers has felt the same, due to their varying conditions. I know this...

Mike is a Wheeler Dealer Just sorting out that leaky headlight will add value to the car. Paintwork looks mint. Mike, consider Yokohama A-Drive R1's - good price for a Yoko and a really nice tyre, I'm really happy with the ones on the front of my car.

I am. Yeah, I'm really stoked with the paint work. It's in really good condition, especially compared to the Limited V8 I had previously, it's even scuff resistant from when my psychotic brother kicked it earlier today. Hmmm yeah tires... I'd probably have a set of tires that perform all round well on some 17" alloys (that clear the big brakes) then some higher quality Bridgestone Potenzas of the RE variety on a set of light weight 18" wheels suited for the track. Would be a waste to use them on the road... Just looking at this on Trade Me.... http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=239833179 For a little over 3k it might be quite a good investment to take off the road and part out. Got plenty of things I could use, front lip, rear spoiler, rear brakes, interior bits, headlights, wheels, allowing me to sell the rest of it and probably make a bit of money. Hmmmm shall have a think on that one.

I would consider buying the engine and turbo's, if you bought it.

Looks allright in the photos. I'd take the boot carpet if its got one & you price it well - might consider the interior mats too, but not sure how they would look with the ivory carpets in my car? Also need a drivers lower grab handle clip as mine has been broken for ever and ever and ever...

| Oh good guys, Oh well I'll be keeping that in mind, see what happens with it, after the auction closes. I think it would be worth parting. Fantastic, I got the 4 pot Celsior brakes for $280 delivered! Stoked!

Mike, are you getting brake pads also? I am interested to hear how much you like the new setup, there have been some mixed results recently.

I will go for OEM Toyota ones for a start, along with a calliper rebuild kit. See how I go from there, and progress to some pads with more bite later on.

Great, I put some factory 16" TT wheels on today. $200 for the set with reasonable tires. Looks really good, nice and factory. Just cleaned them and put some freshly painted centre caps on. Was somewhat shocked to discover that the stupid 17" ROH mags that came with the car had a massive hub diameter, probably 73.1mm against the soarers 60.1mm so all the weight was on the studs! No spigot rings.. Insane... But these will be temporary until I find some 17-18" big wheels that clear the 4 Pot/315mm rotors up front. They arrived today, very nice indeed! Will rebuild them when I get around to it and paint the rotors black with the right paint.

"Energy"? What brand are they? They do look like mint condition TT rims. Maybe look out for some late model LS rims? Or some 17" Supras?

Rears are Michelins, front Dunlops. Yeah they are in pretty good condition, just the usual curbing on the front ones. Yeah... I might think about some LS400 rims, none at the right price though, some for $375 + tires on TM... the guy is dreaming! I got my full set last year for $250. Hmm yeah 17" supra's are the goal.. but I say to myself good luck finding them.

Definitely Though they are a bit old. The rear tires are quite crap, looses grip to easy with the stock diff. 215/55r16s... few mm of tread on all. I'm looking very much forward to some quality 255's on the back. No good rims have appeared yet. Still... no rush.
