I'm looking for a right hand headlight - or to be more specific, the black plastic bit at the back of the headlight as mine has a big-arse split in it thats letting water in. (split in two)
Dont care what the front is like as I have a good lens etc.
My only other option is to try and weld the spit up, but would rather replace it if possible. Anyone know where to start looking?

I have no skill or patience with glassing, I'll just plastic weld it up and seal with silicone if worst comes to worse. Mostly I'm worried about headlight alignment, as the whole thing is broken in two.

Anything, just to keep the moisture out, a bit of duct tape even so long as it stays on. Clean it up and run some Super Glue if the crack isn't too wide.

Hey Rodger,
Got the headlight today! Boy did you ever wrap it good! Looks great so will heat it up and pull it apart this weekend - I'll use the existing reflector and maybe the front lens depending on how this one comes up when I polish it, and take the back part off the one you sent me. I'll let you know how it goes and post some picks.

Not much progress yet - I heated the assembly up last night (100 degrees for 5 or 6 minutes works fine) and prised it apart, then cleaned all the grey crap off the back section, so hopefully this weekend I'll get around to pulling the current light out of the car and putting the best of both back together again.

All done, looks great! And after fairly heavy rain yesterday and during the night, not a sign of moisture inside any more. The top bolt mount point has broken off at some point so I'll have to cut the one of the old rear assembly and somehow attach it - but at least now my headlights match in clarity!
