you are missing one peice of information,

5 stud yes, but what spacing between the holes for the studs?
I think soarers are 5 by 114?

60 series tyres look big! what is the diameter of celsior wheels/ tyres?

Also the offset on them. I don't think they will fit but give it a shot anyway.

You are after a PCD of 114.3.

You'll probably find they will fit your celsior, but the offset could be all wrong and the car will handle like a sofa bed. :-(

The wheels one my Celsior is a 215/65/R15 , so i think the diameter should be ok.. and just not sure the offset for the Rav4 wheels, so if the offset same ,then is that mean i can put them on for no problem??

I have no idea whether the offset is correct but you have a problem with diameter. If your standard wheel is 215 x 15 / 65 then a 235 x 16 / 60 increases rollout by 4.2% which is illegal, quite apart from the considerable effect on speedo and odometer accuracy and on acceleration. The limit is 3% in most jurisdictions.

If you want a 235/60 tyre then fit it to a 15" wheel or if you want a 16" wheel then use a 55 profile tyre (235 x 16 / 55). Either is only a +0.6% variation on your current rollout.
