Hi James,
It should be just a matter of placing the cartridge in the stacker and closing the top sliding door. The stacker should then go through and check the location of the discs in the cartridge by trying to load each one. This could take some time. Don't think the car needs to be on or anything, although it may stay active for a period after the car is turned off. The eject button should be lit up.
Check that the little tab on the underside of the door hasn't broken off. It presses up against a little microswitch near the eject button. The tab on mine had broken off, and the eject button didn't work, so I pulled it apart and installed my own remote switches.

James, if you avoid the use of SMS-speak (eg "plz") you will find that you get a better response and the added advantage of your posts/account not being deleted.
