Strangely Ive got some one that stated they would swap for my Celsior on Trade me for a 2000, STS Cadillac Seville from Japan with 118kms in good condition.
Im not really wanting to but just thought to ask here what other thought of them, Ive personally seen a few around and they look like quite nice saloon cars. Feature that great 300hp Northstart v8 engine etc which makes for a quite a nice package.
BUT!
Front wheel drive 4.6L V8 just doesnt really make much sense the way I see it. Seems like a cheap short cut by the Americans to make the car easier. Which leads to the thought on how reliable everything else is and what the build quality is like.
Nice cars from what Ive seen - but fact Im really after a Toyota 4x4 as a replacement wont allow the opportunity for one of these random US Barges.
What you guys think?

Nice car...STS=sport edition. I had one back in '99 and let me tell you that was one fast and great riding car...it just sucked that it was FWD. They did it for the design of the engine reducing the size of the drive shaft to create more torque. But all in all it was cool to burn down the front tires, lol.
