Just goes to show how amazing a well worked big power single turbo (I think) Supra is. Manual, Grippy tires, the works. Think the owner said it was around 350-400 rwkw so big power.

I was up against it in my pretty much stock auto, 2JZGE soarer, Getting sad auto launches and low grip with the rubbishy tires, almost time for some new decent ones!

11.1 vs 16.2, Just goes to show what 5.1 sec difference is! I was laughing going down it was quite funny.

Definitely need the Turbo power, couple of months im sure it will be all done!

Yeah, Its just a bit of fun doing down, Good to see how it goes before it will be turbo.

I got 4 runs, 3 at 16.2 and one at 16.1 Last time I got a flat 16 but this time the conditions seemed to slow all the cars down a touch.

Good fun though cant wait for the Summer Drags to start up again in October or November!

It kind of looks like when I was put against a 9 second VL commodore. I ran I think it was a flat 12 and the VL ran a 9.3. His car had a bit of trouble however tracking in a straight line. Those who think drag racing is easy, if they saw this car from were I was siting, it wasn't easy.

But,BUT.....Congrats in having a go,This is what it's all about....."Having fun" and keeping it off the street.16.1 is not a bad time in an N/a soarer(My stock TT ran a 15.0)....Great stuff mate. Looks like there is a moding bug creeping in....hahaha

Hopefully there will be more N/a's having a go!

Cheers Jeff. Yeah Its reasonable for an NA best last time was a 16 flat, My old V8 was good for low 15s, Im sure with some nice rubber and the exhaust I had on it high 14's would have been doable all day. With the 3L NA high 15s would be its general sitting spot with the basic mods...

This turbo bug should be a new path. Getting a wrecked TT soarer next week. Has all sorts of goodies in it even though it was rolled. Cant wait to start stripping it!
