About how much is a rear seat belt worth? Had my car at Autobarn Slacks Creek today getting new Kenwoods in the back, after telling the guys thanks for doing a good job, I look into the back of the car to grab a magazine and the plastic buckle surround has been snapped in half...wow.
Whats annoying is that they didnt tell me, what..?..did the installer think the car didnt look like it gets cleaned, hardly, everyone makes mistakes but now I have to waste my time on Sunday playing Groundhog Day
Already phoned the manager and on my way back 2-morrow.

Well, just got back from autobarn, after a bit of 'calm' haggling the manager agreed to have the buckle surround fixed. She 1st tried to crap on that her installer didnt do it and blah blah, the usual bulls#%t, after a while I had to get a little nasty and tell her that if she did'nt do anything i'd write a post on the club forum about what happened (which i've done anyway, only for you guys future heads up).

Way to go Danny boy!! Good thinking mate. I had the same problem with Solartint when having mine re-tinted. They sliced the interior trim around my rear window. They claimed it was there already. No way!! I'd just bought the car and had inspected every inch. They'd already given me a huge discount on the job as they'd removed the illegal tint for me to go over the pits. Seeing as they did both for a total of $200, I would've felt bad about forcing the issue. Wasn't tinking clearly at the time perhaps. ps> didn't mean to steal the post, sorry.
