The purchase was not thru Ebay and I transfered money directly to his account. After waiting for a week no key showed up, so I emailed him about it and he said that he had mailed it and to check if anyone received it on my behalf and had not informed me. We exchanged a few more emails and he insisted that he sent it.
Another couple of weeks go by and still nothing. I was beginning to regret buying directly and was about to accept that it was lost in the mail or that I was duped.
Last week I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Paul asking if I received the key. I responded that I had no joy and he kindly offered to send another at no charge! He even agreed to pay for the postage as well! Got the key today and it was exactly what I wanted.
What can I say? If you need a key, I would not hesitate to recommend him! Thanks Paul.
