My Soarers nick name was "Soar Arse, it is still referred to as the "Soar Arse"...as is every other Soarer on the road! The Celsiors nick name is "The Grandpa Car" And my RX7's nick name was "The BatMobile" My Lasers nick name was "The Lightning" as it was a turbo KB white lightning laser. I've never named a car myself....they just sort of come about!! lol

It depends on to whom I am speaking. With my son I merely call them the Soarer and the IS300. With my wife I refer to the white car and the green car . She calls the white car the old bomb, or David's toy. I am happy with that, so long as she is not referring to my manhood

I've got no specific name for her but to me my car is a she, so any nice female-specific description will do such as baby, sweetie, sweetheart, honey, darling, hahaha I even called her a princess once! Of course in front of people I call her THE BOAT! Get in the boat fellas! EDIT: Hmmm, good idea for a personalised license plate actually

That won't help, even though I have a girlfriend, she (ie. the soarer) is still THE baby |

I call mine 'The Lex'. When I got the spare key cut, I was listening to Ice Cube and one of the lyrics in the song went ‘Gave you key to the Lex'. So when I got home and gave the key to my girlfriend for safe keeping I said here is the key to the Lex. Its stuck from then on. Although its a Soarer not a Lexus, I think it has a nice ring to it. I also call it 'The Soarer'.

I live in Bondi, but we once looked at places in nearby Bronte. At the time I suggested to my bird that if we got a place in Bronte, the car would be the Brontesoarus, like the dinosaur, and it kind of stuck. On the subject of treating cars like people, I was talking to someone recently who confessed that his wife and he took their motorbike a birthday card and sang happy birthday to it every year.
