Hey guys

Sorry but i didnt really know where to put this. But does anybody have or know anything about hood locks or croc locks or what ever they call them.

To better explain it is a cable that goes where the bonnet release is or something like that and when the alarm is going off it locks down the bonnet so it can not be opened and have the siren snipped and bypass the immobs.

And the only way it can be released is with a key. And the key hole is in a 3cm thick steal reinforced housing. So yeh.

what does everybody think???

I know of another system that once the alarms goes off these little mechanical arms come out and bolt the bonnet shut. I was thinking this would be good security because if the alarm is going off. and if you have a few in car sirens then the thief would have nothing to do but run thus saving your car and stereo equipment.

And also can anybody recommend any good alarm joints around sydney where i could get a good deal.

????????????????????????????
Nobody know about this or knows how to get one???

I heard they still did it in USA.

Maybe Mark or Neil. Or Mark and Neil can manufacture one????
I dont know??????

I just thought it would be a good thing to do to your car because it will deter amateur thieves stealing your car and thrashing it.

But you can not protect against pros. So it is not 100% fail proof.
