Is not a car park private property.
If so, do the police have any jurisdiction on private property?
Isn't it only public roads they can get you??
Just asking a few questions for people who know more about the regs than I do.
The police up here had to call off a 'High Speed Chase' the other night when speeds exceeded 120 Km/h. (On the hume highway [110 zone] chasing a Toyota Hilux dual cab ute)

Juzza, just a thought, do they have the same proviso in Vic. as they do here whereby if there is a camera offence and your car is registered in a corporate name instead of private (Eg Juzza Pty Ltd), then there are NO points deducted- the fine goes up though, but NO Zero nada nil points. Guess whose car is going to go change :-)

Yes, but if it works like ACT then the fine is five times greater where no driver is identified. Depends on how many points you have left compared with the company's P&L position I guess.
