The update is that some parts are still on their way from Japan. Some people paid in full rather than a deposit (as their mounts were ROOTED) so they got first pic of the parts that were already in the country.
As soon as I get the call from Mr T saying that all the rest of the parts are here, you'll all get pm's. |

I haven't actually looked directly under the Trans to see what condition my trans mounts are in. May be worth a look some time |

Lew put my engine mounts in on Monday. I put the gearbox mount in a few days before. You won't believe the difference it makes to the front of the car and to the way the auto changes. It just feels so much tighter.
Both my original engine mounts were broken through. The only slight downside to the Supra 1JZ mounts is a bit more engine vibration at idle. Not all that much more, but noticeable.
To anyone that hasn't changed their mounts yet......just do it!!! I can't recommend it enough.

DAmn Mr T and his inability to fill in forms right, grrr. Looking at the end of this month for us two, spose that is better than december though...

Hey Ben did I tell you I got my engine mounts already? Thanks heaps!!! I did a side by side comparison of old and new... and old mounts were sagged by about 3mm =( new mounts in and car feels alot tighter. I'm just waiting to see if anyone has diff mounts to swap them over as well. |

Yeah mate, picked those up thursday and posted it today. Tried to get it in on friday but I did 11hrs at work, as such the damn post office was closed on the way home. |
