Garry, nobody's questioning your real-world or dyno results mate - they've been discussed before, full credit to you. If you got the impression that we're somehow impugning your credibility, perish the thought - as I said, applause to you and your tuner.
Dragan, mate I'm well aware of the supposed reasons that people buy V8s vs TTs. If what you said is true, and it's so obvious, then the statement that V8 owners would have a cry about TT drivers using performance mods before a dyno day is even more unlikely.
Morgan, I'm not calling you an idiot by any means mate - you had the good sense to buy a Soarer after all I don't agree with what you said and the way you said it, but that's a throwaway line on an electronic forum - again, bears no resemblance to you or me in real life. Having met you - irrespective of whether or not the feeling's reciprocated - you seem like a decent enough guy. No need to get worked up over something this minor.
- directed as much at myself as anybody else in this thread.

Racing fuel isn’t going to help very much at all in a car with stock ecu unless it was detecting knock and pulling timing. The advantage of racing fuel is so that you can advance the timing more or run extra boost without detonation. Simply running it and not changing anything is not going to do much.
Personally, I think all the pump fuel heros are crazy as I would rather spend $50 on a 20L drum of toluene than blow my engine up!
