I just kept copying the folder into that main c drive, and made sure that when I went into the folder through my computer it had the files in it.
Then I just opened the program and pressed cd setup, and everything was there.

Just make sure everything is just sitting in the c drive, not in a folder, nothing. and make sure you copy the 3 main folders into there as well, this is the most important step.

yeah I got it and am seeding it, but it wouldn't find my VIN number when I put it in? is there any tricks when using it?

Did you go into Initial Setup and change to JAPAN from America? It is initially setup to show only American versions.

Mine is almost finished coming down. I will keep it seeding whenever I have the computer on, which is most of the time. Once i get my server up and running I might even consider hosting it off that.

CD Setup wont work for me. Copies the files over and then drops back to the Main Menu. When I go back into CD Setup there is nothing there. I do it again and it keeps happening.

Tried compatibility mode (all of them) but nothing works. Same thing is happening on the work computer. Anyone got and idea how to get it working?

Ahh never mind I've sussed it.
A separate 5gb FAT32 partition. Install it all on that and I don't got no problems!
